DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?

No. You do not need a Doctor’s referral.  If you have pain, stiffness, numbness or tightness please contact us.

WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

Insurance is not a necessity for treatment. If your insurance doesn’t cover chiropractic services you can use your credit card, FSA or HSA card. If you have pain then please contact us and we will work with you regardless of insurance. 

WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

Just schedule an appointment and come in. Dr. Chuck will sit and consult w/ you on your individual needs. After a thorough history and examination, a plan will be formulated. Treatment is specialized for each patient's needs.

DO YOU TREAT ATHLETES OR ELDERLY?

The answer is yes.  Dr Chuck treats everyone, including the elderly and athletes. He is a specialist in dealing musculoskeletal issues.
